These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of pilottech.in and purchase of products manufactured by PILOT TECH.

1. Quotations & Orders

All product quotations provided via website inquiries, email, or WhatsApp are valid for the period specified in the proforma invoice. Prices are subject to GST as applicable.

2. Warranty & Replacements

All Pilot Tech Lithium-ion smart chargers carry a 1-year manufacturer replacement warranty covering internal circuit component defects under normal operating conditions. Damage resulting from external water ingress, physical shock, or unauthorized modification is excluded.

3. Dispatch & Logistics

Goods are dispatched from our Shyamnagar (West Bengal) workshop via reliable courier and freight partners across India.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with commercial transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South 24 Parganas / Kolkata, West Bengal.
